Mariana is a family nurse practitioner who is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her career as a health care provider started when she attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where she earned a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) in December 2015. After working as a registered nurse (RN) in labor and delivery, she obtained a master of science in nursing (MSN) and became a nurse practitioner in December 2019.

Mariana is bilingual and fluently speaks/reads/writes in Spanish. She is currently a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Mariana is passionate about women’s health care and is eager about educating women about their bodies. She is particularly passionate about providing evidence based education in high-risk OB pregnancies and developing a partnership with the women in her care to empower them to make their own informed decisions.
